One of the key goals of Curtin’s IT Strategy is to enable a better user experience for staff and students. A number of concerns in key technology areas have been identified, which need to be further explored in order to support this goal:

Reliability of AV equipment;
Availability of collaboration tools; and
Usability of Curtin desktops and laptops.

As such, additional half-day sessions are being added to the Opportunities Workshops for Digital Discovery next month, to gain a deeper understanding of the needs and issues around desktop, AV and collaboration.

These sessions will help to identify shared experiences and common needs. The outputs will shape the initiatives we will be rolling out, as part of the Digital and Technology Solutions IT Strategy 2020 – 2021 and Curtin's Digital Roadmap 2021 – 2025.
