Come unplug with us while we make dopamine menus: self-made resources filled with self-care actions for those gloomy days.

Come join us in our first workshop of a new series: Digital Detox! Hosted by Theo, these will serve to create a space to slow down, connect and let creativity run free. Whether you're a veteran crafter or simply looking for a group to wind down in the evenings with, all are welcome to join us at Digital Detox.

For our very first workshop, we're kicking things off nice and easy with a super simple paper craft: creating Dopamine Menus! Commonly found in the journaling world, we're adapting this to be its own stand alone craft so anyone can create one, even without a dedicated journal.

The idea is simple - to create an analogue resource made by you, for you, that you can refer to whenever you need a pick me up and/or are feeling overwhelmed. By curating your own menu instead of relying on the internet each time you're in a slump, you avoid falling into doom-scrolling or being overwhelmed by all sorts of advice that may not always be useful to you.
