Difficult Conversations

Difficult conversations can sometimes have us feeling anxious, bring up painful emotions, threaten our self-worth or perhaps have us fearing future consequences.

This course is designed to explore difficult conversations in combination with our various communication styles.

We improve our communication skills by learning how to shift a battle conversation into a learning conversation with active listening, checking interpretation and reshaping the story.

Thereby gaining insight into what and how we have difficult conversations for better outcomes.
