Join us for an open community forum in Busselton where you can share your experiences directly with Libby Mettam MLA, Shadow Minister for Health and Member for Vasse.

We know that accessing diabetes care in the South West comes with real challenges - the 200+ km round trips to Perth for specialist appointments, lengthy wait times, and the toll that takes on people and their families. This forum is your opportunity to speak up and be heard.

The forum will bring together:

• People living with all types of diabetes from across the South West

• Local community members and carers

• Representatives from Vasse Lions and WA Lions Diabetes Club

• PDC Health Hub clinical team and advocacy team

Morning tea will be provided.
