The conference topics will target information relevant to General Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, Podiatrists, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Aboriginal Health Practitioners/workers, Emergency/Hospital Specialists and Diabetes Educators and many more experts in diabetes care.
The Diabetes Alliance Program Plus (DAP+) acknowledges traditional owners of country throughout Australia and recognises the continuing connection to lands, waters, and communities. We pay out respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past and present.
