Presented by Professor Michelle French from the University of Toronto, the event will focus on the theme: Development and Programmatic Assessment Transferrable Skills in Practice
Many key skills we expect of university graduates, such as critical thinking and other professional skills, are developed across several courses within a program and lend themselves to programmatic assessment. This presentation will discuss how identifying programmatic skills and embedding the learning and assessment of these skills is being achieved in practice within the Department of Physiology at the University of Toronto.
You can attend in person with lunch provided, or via Zoom.
For staff attending this event face to face, lunch will be available from 12pm with the presentation starting at 12.10pm and question time to follow. Staff joining online are reminded that for the best experience they should connect to Zoom just before the presentation is scheduled to start.
There will be an opportunity for those attending face to face to meet with Professor French after the formalitlies have concluded between 1-1.30pm to continue question time.
