It is often said that the quality of determination holds the key to success.

This evening’s class will explore the meaning of determination in a spiritual context, and how we can use this quality to support self-transformation and personal growth—without forcing, pushing, or being too hard on ourselves, others, or in our actions.

Using meditation and reflection, we will look at how to apply this inner power in our personal lives, and in a way that is practical, balanced, and supportive, fostering harmony both within ourselves and in our everyday lives.
