Destination Unknown

Carpe Bierumwith Wayward Brewing Co, a community brewery that pays homage to the classic European styles while creating all-natural beer with a distinctly Wayward twist. The team is not afraid to go off the beaten track and hope that, in doing so, they create something that people are excited to drink and share with friends and family. 'Get lost on purpose' at The Cellar bar, hidden down a Camperdown laneway and housed within the bones of an old winery. The 24-tap bar is a meeting place for conversation and armchair adventure while sharing great craft beer with friends.

Destination Unknown is BACK! Where are we going? You won’t know until we get there…
Come away with us, as we transform our Cellar Bar into an unknown destination around the globe.
You’ll be greeted by our Wayward cabin crew at our secret brewer’s entrance, and guided down our brew floor runway to our undisclosed location.
Last time, we took you to Japan, and if you bagged a ticket you’ll know we went all out. This time we’re going even bigger, bringing awesome authentic live entertainment in to the mix!
Our captain will kick things off with a short beer briefing, and your personalised boarding card and tasting passport will guide you through a delicious feasting menu, paired perfectly with never-before-seen themed beers.
The ultimate event for beer lovers with an adventurous spirit!
