Design & Technique: 2 Day Jewellery Intensive at Studio Surf is a hands-on studio experience designed for those who already have basic jewellery-making skills and are ready to deepen their practice.

Over two immersive days, you’ll explore a mix of design elements and silversmithing techniques while working at your own pace to create you own custom designed sterling silver pieces.
This is not a beginner workshop, instead, it’s an opportunity to refine your skills, problem-solve, and build confidence through guided making.

What you’ll explore

• Design development and translating ideas into wearable pieces
• Refining core silversmithing techniques
• Combining multiple techniques in a single design
• Individual guidance and creative problem-solving
• In addition to refining standard techniques we will explore cuttlefish and sand casting .

Who this is for:

Suited to participants who have completed an introductory jewellery workshop or have equivalent basic experience (for example, soldering, bezel setting and forming silver). If you’ve attended a Silver Session or similar workshop, this is a natural next step.

What’s included

• Two full days of guided studio time
• Use of tools and equipment
• Sterling silver and a selection of cabochons supplied (additional materials available for purchase if required)
• Small group setting for personalised support.

Lunch will be provided. Please advise any dietary requirements when booking.

Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will not receive a refund.
