Chiropractor Marcus Yeo is on a mission to make you a happier and healthier version of yourself.
In recent times we have seen a large increase in chronic disease, and according to Marcus, it’s because we’re not moving our bodies the way they are designed to move. No longer do we need to hunt, gather and find shelter. Instead these challenges have been replaced with too many hours spent indoors and nutrient deficient and chemical laden food.
The result is increased illness, decreased mental wellbeing, weight problems, diabetes, cancer, heart disease and a long list of other concerns.
In this workshop Marcus will share knowledge form his background in nutrition, personal training and high level sport– all with the intention of reducing your fatigue, managing your stress and preventing avoidable chronic disease.
