Carers QLD and the Carer Gateway will provide you with a workshop all about de-cluttering your life and how you can get back on track with knowing where to start. Some of the interesting topic will be:
· Benefits of Decluttering
· What are the challenges?
· How can we overcome these challenges?
· When feeling overwhelmed how can I come back into my window of tolerance?
· Exploring tools/methods that suit carer to support when feeling overwhelmed.
· Learning to let go.
You will be provided time to create your action plan by using Mind Mapping and be guided by the wonderful facilitators to complete this task and talk about how to utilize this plan going forward.
