Deakin University SOE Heat Treatment Induction

This induction covers the use of the furnaces for treatment.

You may also need to register for Materials Preparation Induction - required to remove scaling produced by the material surface's oxidation during heat treatment.

Before registering for this induction;

• Level 1 - Online Safety Training Induction (applicable to school of engineering undergraduate and masters by coursework students only)

OR

Please bring a pen and paper or laptop to take notes.

No persons will be permitted into the induction once the session starts.
