Prerequisites

• There are no prerequisites to enrol but note this course is designed for data professionals who likely have solid experience in Data Warehousing and Governance.
• Once enrolled, we will ask you to sign an NDA release form for the proprietary materials we will then share with you.
• Once you’ve done that, we’ll share with you class materials and access to introductory videos we encourage you to watch before the course.
• The platform for the Live Online Training will be Zoom Webinars, for which students will need Internet-compatible laptop or PC, Speaker, Microphone and Webcam.

The Certification Exam

• The price of the course includes one private, on-line Certified Data Vault 2.0 Practitioner exam.
• Students have a maximum of two attempts to pass the course within the allotted time.
• The student will be granted access to the on-line exam after completion of the first three days of the course and will be given four weeks to complete the exam once the course is complete.

What's the refund policy?

• Cancellation more than a calendar week from the course date will be a 100% refund
• Cancellation of more than 48 hours but less than 7 days from the course date will be an 80% refund.
• No refund offered for cancellations less than 48 hours, technology failure at the student's end, or failure to attend the course without prior cancellation as above.
• Credit is available to take the certification at a later date in extenuating circumstances.
