Description

The Data Exchange is currently piloting a client survey aimed to provide an opportunity for clients to share their perspective on the services they use and how they have influenced personal outcomes.

Launched in October 2016 and built on 18 months of previous research, collaboration and focus groups, the client survey pilot was targeted to gain a better understanding of:

- the nature of clients’ willingness to participate in the survey

- the approach to implementation for organisations

During this period a discussion paper on the proposed client survey was open for comment to all interested parties.

This session aims to enhance a deeper understanding of the intent of the client survey; where the Department is looking to adjust its approach in response to feedback and the next phase of the pilot moving forward.

Registration begins at 12:45pm, and the session will commence at 1:00pm sharp. Light refreshments will be available.

Enquiries about the pilot may be directed to myservicemystory@dss.gov.au or by phoning the Data Exchange Helpdesk on 1800 020 283 between 8.30am-5.30pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
