What to expect:Arrival – Settle in, get comfortable, and enjoy delicious snacks while soaking in the warm-up DJ set.Opening Circle – A short welcome to set intentions, allowing connection with the group, and tune into the space.Dance Journey Begins – The main DJ sets take over, guiding you through deep grooves, euphoric highs, and full-bodied movement. Let loose, feel the bass, and dance like nobody's watching.Sound Healing &amp; Relaxation – Wind down with soothing sounds, allowing your body to integrate the energy of the dance.Closing Circle – A space to reflect, share, and integrate the experience before transitioning back into daily life.Official Close 6pm – For those who wish to stay, enjoy tea and conversation with your Dance Tribe. Some may head out to dinner afterward, while others may simply float home, ready to embrace the week ahead. Dancing is a powerful way to shake off stress and boost your mood with high-vibe movement. It strengthens bonds with others through music and dance, creating a deep sense of connection. For over five years, she has guided people into states of joy, connection, and catharsis through dance, music, and sound experiences.As the founder of DANCE TRIBE &amp; Music Is Medicine, mISSkARA brings together the best of both worlds - underground club culture and conscious movement practices, to create spaces where people can dance freely, connect deeply, and feel truly alive. Her love of music, sound immersions, and her university training in Applied Science (Health Promotion) are now woven together to bring you this offering of dance, connection, and rejuvenation.Beyond Dance Tribe, mISSkARA is an established DJ with a growing reputation for blending hypnotic beats with uplifting energy. Warm-up guest DJ - BUFO (Salkantay Records)Bufo, based in Melbourne/Australia, is an artist, music producer, and DJ. He's achieved an international release with the UK Breakbeat label Diesel Recordings, featuring his song "Save You" in collaboration with internationally recognized bass music producer Boydex, as well as his own IP release, "Jungle Walk." Recently, Bufo has been humbled to have both of these songs featured on the nationally broadcast KISS FM station during legendary DJ Mickey Space's radio segment. His music has resonated with fans both internationally and across Australia.With an unwavering passion for producing music in his style of uplifting, euphoric melodies, coupled with primal, driving bass drops that add energy without overpowering, creating a perfect balance of intensity and calm. Bufo’s development as a music producer continues to accelerate at a meteoric rate. Bufo has steadily risen through Melbourne’s vibrant electronic music scene, performing at events such as Intrinsic Gathering, Melburner's Shipwrecked, Magic Garden Festival, Paradise Plains, Confest, Underland's The Yard, The Tuna Factory, and Rumpus Room.In 2025, Bufo will showcase his growth as a producer, with his focus shifting toward releasing his Techno EP. As a live performer, Bufo's sets are known for their melodic vocals intertwined with driving and energetic techno bass drops, taking listeners on a musical journey. At this event however, there will be a professional videographer there to capture the joy and vive of dance tribe. The content captured will be utilised for the creation of visual storytelling pieces for future promotional efforts to support the endeavours of the facilitator/s and possibly reshared by Centre of You. By attending, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of your identity being edited into shareable online content. To preserve the experience for all involved, doors will close at 3:15pm. Truly, it breaks our heart to have to turn latecomers away yet the disruption to the whole group experience by virtue of lateness does require management. We ask that you find understanding and consideration for the timebound nature of the container and make every effort to arrive on time.Driving: Centre of You is located upon Chapel Street and while you may get lucky with an untimed spot, particularly on a Sunday (try High Street) predominantly 1 and 2 hour parking is available (unmetered from 5pm).
