Join us in this relaxed seated dance class that welcomes everyone at any stage of life or fitness.

Join us in this relaxed seated dance class that welcomes everyone at any stage of life or fitness. This class combines a warm and friendly environment with dance and great music, helping participants move with greater ease and confidence.

Benefits include improved flexibility, alignment, coordination, balance and control.

Classes are adaptable for all abilities. Support workers are welcome to join.

Katrina Rank is an experienced and accredited teacher, registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and Dance for PD®. Once a professional dancer, she now teaches dance for a living, specialising in working with older participants in the community.

No registration required, but spaces will be limited.
