Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All ages are welcome. This is a family friendly drug and alcohol free event.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available on site.

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring a chair and/or a rug. There will be food and drinks available for sale on site but you are welcome to bring your own food and soft drinks.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Printed and E-tickets will be accepted.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes you can transfer to a friend if you are unable to attend.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes your ticket is transferable

How do I get there?

Mugul Mountain Retreat is 14kms south of Miriam Vale. Drive through Miriam Vale. At the end of the second overtaking lane turn immediately left into Mugul Rd. You will cross three cattle grids and drive 2.5kms along the road until you come to our gate.

Your tickets will be checked at the gate.

Coming from the south we are 86 kms north of Gin Gin. Stay on the Bruce Hwy . When you get to the Colsseum Motel we are two kilometres north. At the end of the truck stop turn right into Mugul Rd.

Don't put Mugul Rd into the GPS as council has not logged the road as yet.

What time do the gates open?

Gates open from 2pm.
