In 2025, we at Sessions Box Hill proudly hosted over 30 masterclasses and workshop events in-store — the most of any venue in Melbourne.

After a short summer pause in January, we return with something truly extraordinary to open 2026:

Hidden in Akita Prefecture — one of the three most prestigious and celebrated sake prefectures in Japan — Dainagawa Brewery produces true Jisake: seasonal sakes brewed only once a year and never repeated.

These expressions reflect time, place, and craftsmanship, and are released in extremely limited quantities, rarely seen outside Japan.

For one night only, we bring together a whopping 10 of these elusive bottles in Australia’s only Dainagawa Masterclass.

Each label and logo is not just artwork — it represents the style, character, and season of the sake inside.
