The first 1000 days of your child's life, from conception to two years, are crucial for their development, and we want to help you make the most of this time whilst also having support to do the important job of being a parent.
The program focuses on building positive relationships and interactions within your family. We believe that by promoting healthy communication and nurturing parenting styles, we can help you grow your confidence in your role as a dad.
Through the program, you will have the opportunity to explore your parenting style, learn ways to communicate that positively impact your family, overcome obstacles you may be facing in your parenting journey, and practice self-care to support your mental and emotional well-being. You will also get to connect with other dads.
