About this event

Meet your peers and enjoy the picturesque parklands whilst cycling. Why not make the most of Sydney's beautiful surroundings and join us in Centennial park, where we have organised FREE bicycle hire for up to 4hours and a little picnic stop in the middle.

This is a great chance for you to make connections with your peers face to face and be out and about.

  • Up to 4 Hours Bike hire (please note lessons are not provided, so you will need to be confident riding a bike unaided).

Please note, this event is exclusively for current international students from the University of Sydney. You will be required to provide your SID and University email address at registration, and show your student card on the day.

As numbers are limited due to COVID-19 public health restrictions, we ask that you register for a maximum of 1 in person activity, to allow other students opportunities to participate.

Conditions of entry:

  • If you are feeling unwell or experiencing flu like symptoms, please stay home.
  • Practice social distancing at all times: keep a distance of 1.5 metres between you and other people wherever possible; and avoid shaking hands or any other physical contact.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water (or use hand sanitiser) frequently
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when coughing and sneezing or use your elbow, not your hands.
  • Wear a mask, particularly on public transport or in other situations where physical distancing is not possible.
  • Check the NSW Public Health website for the current public health advice in relation to locations where people who visited are required to self-isolate.
