What do I need to bring?

All props are provided including bolster, block, blanket and mats but feel free to BYO if you prefer. You may like to bring additional clothing to keep warm such as a shawl, scarf or beanie (for our time fireside).

Will there be food and drink provided?

Accepted Answer

You’ll be provided with ayurvedic seasonal snacks to fuel and nourish you and herbal tea to hydrate and soothe. Bring along a keepcup/mug, a full drink bottle and additional food if you would like or if you have specific dietary needs.

What else will I receive?

You will also receive a goodie bag including journal, information about the Winter Solstice and more! Pens will be available to use throughout the retreat.

Question 4

Am I required to have previous yoga experience?

No! This event is suitable for beginners through to advanced yoga practitioners. All are welcome.

Question 5

Is there parking onsite?

Accepted Answer

Yes there is parking onsite. If you are running late and the electric gate is closed please park on the nature strip and come through the gate 30 metres down, please close this gate as we do have animals on the property.

Question 6

Do I need to be precautious of wildlife driving in Eden Park?

Accepted Answer

We are out in beautiful nature here and there are wild kangaroos in Eden Park so please drive carefully here, especially at night.
