About this event
Presented by Mike Lefroy.
Mike is a freelance educator and writer, and former Head of Education at the WA Maritime Museum. He is also a great grandson of CY O’Connor.
10 March 2022 marks the 120th anniversary of O’Connor’s death and Mike’s lecture will focus on Charles Yelverton O'Connor the man.
To celebrate his legacy, Mike will explore his great grandfather’s life and achievements through family stories, facts and furphies.

We will be taking steps to minimise the risk of COVID-19.
All attendees aged 16 years and over will be required to show proof of vaccination to enter the Maritime Museum. You can show your proof of vaccination using ServiceWA, Express Plus or Medicare app, or in digital format or hard copy certificate with an acceptable form of identification.
Masks must be worn indoors at this venue.
