You will walk away with a box of treats you have decorated yourself and a whole bundle of knowledge about creating different designs, with the confidence to try again at home!
Learning outcomes:
- how to make buttercream, including colouring and flavouring
- learn how to fill a piping bag easily, with no mess
- hands on experience to pipe basic shapes, plus learn to pipe buttercream flowers
- basic baking tips to change how you bake!
What's included:
- six pre-baked cupcakes in a carry box
- a take home recipe booklet for the cupcakes and icing
- ongoing support for your baking endeavours through an exclusive Facebook group.
Children aged 12+ can take part in this class, if accompanied by a full-paying adult, both require tickets.
This event is held at Jessie's Cafe, in the back event space. Parking is on the street only, please leave marked bays for cafe patrons.
