He has worked extensively across sectors including transport, telecommunications, construction, and technology services, with a strong focus on business transformation and service delivery. Dr. Leonas has held executive leadership roles within major public sector organisations in New South Wales and previously held senior technology positions at Telstra. He is an experienced board advisor and industry contributor, a frequent keynote speaker, and an author of numerous publications, with several patents to his name.
