Cumberland City Council is giving away free native trees and shrubs to our residents. Help us beautify Cumberland by picking up a plant.
Here at Cumberland City Council we are committed to upholding our vision of a vibrant and resilient environment for current and future generations. Planting native trees and shrubs in the LGA increases canopy cover, reduces urban heat and creates habitat for local biodiversity.
Council is giving residents the opportunity to take home up to 2 native plants at our free plant giveaway.
Residents get to pick from a selection of 7 native species of trees, shrubs and groundcovers to take home.
Plants will be limited to two trees per household and proof of address will be required.
