In this hands-on class, you’ll learn:

  • to create a rich, aromatic chicken curry
  • use fragrant curry leaves, creamy coconut, and a perfectly balanced blend of spices
  • share practical tips on layering flavours, working with traditional ingredients, and pairing your curry with complementary sides.

Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just beginning your culinary journey, you’ll leave with new skills, a delicious recipe to recreate at home, and a happy, spice-filled heart.

The evening will conclude with a shared meal of chicken curry served with rice and handmade chapatis.

  • All ingredients and recipes are provided
  • Please bring an apron and a container to take food home - if there are any leftovers
  • Please note - session may run over time.
