Culture in the kitchen - chicken and tuna sushi

No experience necessary to attend and the best part is enjoying the food you have made afterwards.

You will learn how to:

• prepare the chicken for the sushi
• mix different sauces and spices
• make sushi rolls in the tradional Chinese way.

Please bring an apron and a container to take food home - if there are any leftovers.

• All ingredients and recipes provided
• For ages 12 years and older
• Bookings essential.
