This webinar will provide an overview of cross-cultural communication in an aged care setting. It will touch upon the Cross-Cultural Care Program for Aged Care Staff developed by Flinders University, a program which aims to support staff in residential aged care homes to provide high-quality cross-cultural care for residents and to improve team cohesion.
