Crisisworks for Recovery Officers Training

Beginners Training Session for relief and recovery centre workers. For total beginners, please attend the Beginner's session first.

This session is for people that have done the beginners session or have used Crisisworks to create and edit records before.

For Victorian Local Government Organisations only - you must be a Crisisworks customer and have a valid council email to register for this course.

We assume you have general emergency management training.

This hands-on session will cover creating records in the relief and recovery modules with some discussion and demonstration of other areas of the system for familiarity reasons in case they need to use them.

At the end of the session you will have the confidence to help with entering, and managing records in Crisisworks for the Relief and recovery modules

You will be required to watch the beginners training video before this session and try to create a few records in your own site to practice the basic skills
