This course is suitable for Crisisworks administrators and will take you through the steps and processes you can carry out regularly to maintain an efficient and secure system.

After completing this course, users should be able to:

• Review Users and make inactive when necessary
• Clean up data, including finding duplicates
• Review Resources and Positions
