Welcome to a potent initiation into the deep creative power that resides in you when you align your core Essence, Physiology, Psychology, Words, and Actions together.This ceremony guides you through the valleys of distraction, procrastination, and self-doubt to the raw, potent creative power that lives inside you.This is an invitation to experience the true power of synergy between the twin powers of creation that live within you—conscious and unconscious, internal and external, physical and energetic, possibility and reality.By cultivating synergy between these often opposing forces, you tap into the creative engine of your true power to create yourself, your relationships, and your world.This ceremony is designed to give you a full-bodied experience of what this new creative power feels like, as well as a map to create your life with more ease and power than you ever have before.Whatever you want to create in this life—for yourself and those you love and serve—at the end of this ceremony, you will have more power to make real results happen in all areas of your life.This ceremony brings together focus, intention, breathwork, movement, and sound with a potent, synergized group and beautiful music. About you facilitator - Arion Light <a href="https://www.instagram.com/arion_light/" title="https://www.instagram.com/arion_light/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">@arion_light</a>If you want to know a little about me, here is my story.15 years ago my wife, and mother to our young son, was diagnosed with terminal cancer and everything fell apart. Yet in her last months on earth we found a love that was deeper than anything we had ever known. Not just a love between us but a love through us and all around us. She called it ‘the love that cannot die and it was a miracle beyond all words and understanding. It wasn’t just a ‘feeling’ but a living current of love that awakened me both to the miracle of the moment and it guided my every action.When she passed in my arms it was the most horrific time and the deepest experience of love I have ever known. I committed my life to this love and that began a journey to learn how to cultivate this current of love throughout my whole life. It wasn't just an inner feeling but a potent creative fire that ignited me to serve more fully than I dreamed.I learned how to attune my body, my actions and my whole life to this current. In time I found others who had also tasted this love and helped them become this love fully as well. This then turned into the Warriors of Love programs running retreats, year long trainings and practitioner trainings. I have also created the Synergy process to attune our conscious and unconscious to the love. I have helped tens of thousands people attune to this current and awaken their creative power born from this love.

Things to note:Centre of You has plenty of bolsters, blankets, and cushions for you to get cosy with. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothes to enable deep breathing and sitting/laying upon the floor with ease. Something to cover your eyes, if you wish to do so (eg. eye mask, scarf). A journal is recommended as are any familiar personal items that will aid you in feeling grounded (crystal, teddy, scarf, etc).Personal responsibility: Please make an assessment on whether you are feeling stable and resourced enough to explore the practices on offer in this event.Notice of Partial Moment Amateur Photography/Videography: There are many events held at Centre of You where no content is captured. The facilitator of this event however wishes to capture moments of this gathering for future marketing and community-sharing purposes. This will take place via their personal device captured by themselves or a representative. We recognise that being recorded can impact personal comfort and nervous system regulation and we want to honor your preferences. If you do not wish to have your image captured yet still wish to join, know that this is entirely possible at this event. Please speak with us at the door so we can honour your boundaries. If you’d like to review any footage captured at the conclusion of the event, you are most welcome to do so. As the facilitators are capturing moments at this event, you also may do so if the desire arises.Arrival: Endeavour to arrive between 4:45pm - 5:00pm. To preserve the experience for all involved, doors will close at 5:15pm. Truly, it breaks our heart to have to turn latecomers away yet the disruption to the whole group experience by virtue of lateness does require management. We ask that you find understanding and consideration for the timebound nature of the container and make every effort to arrive on time.Driving: Know Centre of You is on Chapel St and ample time to find a car spot is best to be factored into your plans. Park direct on Chapel St (spots unmetered after 5pm) or in Anchor Place, the open-air parking lot in the side street that runs opposite Centre of You (unmetered after 4pm).Public transport - tram: Both the number 6 tram &amp; 78 tram stop on the corner of High St/Chapel St. This is stop 31 on the number 6 tram (Moreland/Glen Iris) &amp; stop 45 on the number 78 tram (North Richmond/Balaclava).Public transport - train: Both Prahran &amp; Windsor stations along the Sandringham Line will get you walking distance to Centre of You.Finding Centre of You: Centre of You is nestled within the arcade that Chapel St Bazaar is in (217 Chapel St). It is up a flight of stairs with a wide landing at the half-way-point. Unfortunately, this current version of Centre of You does not have a wheelchair accessible lift.
