Join us for a day of creative exploration at our comfortable location in Cheltenham ! This workshop is all about self-expression and personal transformation.

As we started this year do you crave a respite from the hustle and bustle of life? I would love to invite you to join me in weekly in person Saturday sessions from 12 to 2 pm, where you have a chance dive into the world of self exploration and self-discovery through the liberating and expressive power of art. These workshops are your personal invitation to take a pause, unwind, and delve into the profound depths of your inner self.

How Does It Work?

Our workshops utilizse an array of creative mediums and techniques, ranging from drawing to breathing exercises and bilateral drawing. These tools are carefully curated to guide you into a state of flow, where your rational mind unwinds, allowing subconscious messages to surface. These messages serve as catalysts to awaken your inner strength and unveil your true potential. Every week we explore a different set of tecnique and modalities for you to experience. 🌊🧠

What to Expect?

Our 1.5 hour workshop includes all necessary art supplies, providing you with the tools to explore diverse materials and techniques, such as air-dry clay, collage, watercolor, pastels, paints, and more.

This adult event is an intimate in person workshop with limited spots, so secure your place in advance to ensure your spot in this empowering and creative journey.

Valerie Ogorodnyk from Active Kreative

Valerie, a transpersonal Art Therapist registered with ANZACTA and Holistic Therapists Australia. Holds a Master of Visual Communication and a Bachelor of Visual Arts. Her life's journey, from the serene Black Sea to a globe-trotting artistic exploration, is marked by a vibrant dedication to color and creativity.

Founder of Active Kreative, Valerie's innovative platform is designed to help individuals lead meaningful, colorful lives. Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, Valerie actively runs a Ukrainian Refugee Group, providing psychological support and stress management to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Ukrainian individuals in our community. Driven by her commitment to art therapy, Valerie navigated personal challenges like divorce and single motherhood, finding solace and growth through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and art. The pivotal moment occurred during the tragic events in Ukraine in 2022 when, expecting her second child, Valerie devoted herself to empowering others through art therapy.

Valerie also hosts a PODCAST - Perspectives: a podcast delving into the spectrum of life, unfolds a canvas of art therapy, mindfulness, and holistic living. Join us for transformative conversations on personal growth, creativity exploration, and the kaleidoscope of life experiences.
