Tune into your inner stillness to spark new ideas and reconnect with your creative self in this free event.
Creative Reconnection
Welcome to today’s workshop, where we explore the harmony between Raja Yoga Meditation and artistic expression. This space is designed for everyone—absolutely no prior art or meditation experience is required!
Meditation clears the mental clutter, silencing our inner critic and anchoring us in the present moment. By calming the busy mind, we open a gateway to deep intuitive creativity. Today, we will transition that inner stillness onto paper using watercolours. Watercolours are the perfect medium for beginners because they invite us to release control, embrace spontaneity, and watch colors blend fluidly. Let your inner child guide your brush as we journey from silent reflection to vibrant, hands-on creation. Let’s have some fun!
Materials provided.
