Todays workplace is complex and challenging. Creating psycholgoical safety can assist with performance and productivity which makes for a better workplace culture. Organisations are being asked to:

  • Identify current and potential psychosocial hazards within the workplace
  • Review current measures in place to minimise risks to health and safety from psychosocial hazards
  • Prepare for an increased need for processes and support system.

It is time2examine what Psychological Safety is and how leaders can set the scene and create an environment of comfort, safety, support and performance.


Learning outcomes

Following the program participants will be able to:

  • Explain psychological safety and its impact to their teams.
  • Implement models to address and improve psychological safety
  • Identify psychological safety hazards
  • Adapt leadership approach to maximize motivation and performance
