Managing psychosocial risk is not just the law - it's good for your people and it's good for business.

In this session, we break down the terminology and take a practical lens to understanding your obligations and what you can do within your business today to better manage risk and invest in the wellbeing of your organisation.

We will look at some of the recent data around the mental health of Australian’s, as well as an overview of important documents such as the Code of Practice for Managing Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace and the Blueprint for Mentally Healthy Workplaces.

Following this session, you'll understand why it's important for your business and you'll be armed with resources to make meaningful progress.

Followed by NSW Workers Compensation reforms explained

The goal of the reforms is to ensure the sustainability of NSW Scheme, affordability for NSW employers and care and support for workers through a number of changes.
