About this event

Come along for a morning of tree planting on a private property in Campbelltown. We're planting trees to help cool down Sydney and create valuable habitats for Koalas and other wildlife.

Green spaces aren't just great for wildlife, they're also associated with better physical health, lower stress levels, and greater community satisfaction. Plus they cool down our neighbourhoods! Now's your chance to get involved with greening your community.

Please wear long sleeves, long pants, closed sturdy shoes, a hat and sunscreen, and bring a drinking bottle with water.

On-site training, tools, and refreshments will be provided.

RSVPS are essential, to avoid disappointment please register ASAP.

All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

For more information about this planting day, please contact Project Manager danielle.packer@greatersydneylandcare.org.

We acknowledge and pay our respects to the Traditional Custodians of the land on which this event will take place.

Landcare NSW and Greater Sydney Landcare are planting 200,000 trees as part of the Greening our City program to help mitigate urban heat in Greater Sydney. Proudly funded by the NSW Government.

This event is supported by the Southwest Sydney Koala Project with financial assistance from the NSW Koala Program. For more information please contact xuela.sledge@greatersydneylandcare.org
