2026 Wellbeing Series – Creating a Lotus Flower
As part of our 2026 Wellbeing Series, Cheltenham Community Centre is hosting monthly wellbeing workshops throughout the year.
In this month’s session, participants will use clay to create a lotus flower, symbolising growth, transformation and grounding.
This calming workshop invites you to slow down and reconnect through creativity, earth connection and mindful expression.
The session will be facilitated by Tanya from Creative Space Art Therapies.
All materials are provided — just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore your creativity while reflecting on your own journey.
