Festive season stressing you out? Rushing around a bit too much? This workshop weaves in nature connection and research-supported positive psychology practices designed to boost wellbeing. Join Bec Lea of White Clay Mountain, slow down and explore the art of leaf impressions in polymer clay.

Bec is an artist and published wellbeing specialist who layers a number of research-supported techniques to increase wellbeing in this workshop. Prioritise yourself, connect to nature, and mindfully make at least two gorgeous pairs of one-of-a-kind dangle earrings.

All materials will be provided.

This workshop is suitable for those aged 18+.

This intimate class will be a lot of fun so bring your friends or family and BYO drinks and nibbles!
