About this event

Looking for a chance to switch off or escape the stresses of life? Want to feel a sense of accomplishment? Recent research has shown that craft is an ideal way to improve health and wellbeing. Join our informal meet-up for new projects and ideas each week.

All levels welcome. This program is for ages 18+ .

Topics change every three weeks. Unless stated, materials will be supplied.

21 March - Bring your own project

Or continue with cochet or embroider bookmarks.

28 March - 18 April - Crochet a new stitch each week

2, 9, 11 May - Knit a beanie for beginners.

Please bring along:

  • 4mm knitting needles (30-35cm long)
  • Two 50g balls of 8ply wool, in your choice of one or two colors.
