Do I need experience?

No experience is required. This class is suitable for complete beginners.

What if I’m nervous or not very crafty?

That’s completely okay. The class is slow, supportive, and designed for all comfort levels.

Do I need to bring anything?

Not for classes - All materials are provided for the class. But if you book for the Open Social Studio then you can use you materials provided from class - or you would bring your own from home.

Can I work at my own pace?

Yes. You are encouraged to take your time and repeat steps as needed.

Is this suitable for NDIS participants?

Yes. NDIS participants are very welcome, and the space is calm and supportive.

Learn the calming art of Japanese origami in this relaxed weekly craft class. No experience needed. Join craft classes every Wednesday.

Craft Class: Origami – Japanese Paper Folding

Fold. Focus. Create.

Origami is a traditional Japanese craft that transforms simple paper into beautiful forms through mindful folding. This class is designed to slow you down, help you focus, and enjoy the quiet satisfaction of making something with your hands.

You will be gently guided step by step through a series of origami folds, with time to practise, experiment, and work at your own pace. This is a calm, supportive session where there is no pressure to get things perfect.

No experience is needed. This class is about the process, not perfection.
