Swedish massage is one of the most commonly offered massage techniques. It’s sometimes called a classic massage and is ideal for beginners and intermediate level.

What’s Included:
Your two hour course will teach you how to apply oil, warm the muscles and work out those tension knots on the upper and lower body.
Hand positioning and correct posture.
Flowing from technique to technique to provide a full body massage to your partner.
Learn the same techniques used by qualified swedish massage therapists.
Great location 5 mins from Southern Cross Train Station, Melbourne City. There is street parking (metered) located nearby and a Wilsons carpark at Spencer St DFO Shopping Centre approx 5 mins walking distance.
During this workshop, you will both be fully draped with towels. You will only need to expose legs, or upper body for massage. If you have long hair it is more comfortable if you tie it back to allow easier access to the neck.
