Welcome to Couples Therapy for Growth and Understanding!
Join us at Crows Nest for a transformative event focused on strengthening and revitalizing your relationship. This workshop is designed to help couples enhance their communication, deepen their connection, and let go of negative patterns that may be holding them back.
Through interactive exercises and guided discussions, you'll learn to foster growth and emotional release in your partnership. BIO
Gabriela Salabert
Gabriela is a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, and supervisor with over thirty years of professional clinical experience in the public health sector of Sydney and private practice. She has worked extensively around complex trauma with different populations, using diverse treatment models and family interventions. Her integrative approach incorporates a holistic framework of evidence and practice-based psychotherapies: EMDR, Gestalt, Psychoanalysis, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Dance Movement, ACT, CBT, Grief Therapy, and Couples and Family Therapy. She has conducted ongoing clinical training in Systemic Family Therapy and Systemic Family Constellation Workshops since 2004, following studying in Buenos Aires with Bert Hellinger and other senior teachers. Gabriela was a member of the first Australian group who met regularly in Sydney from the early 2000's.
Gabriela worked as a Senior Cross-Cultural Clinical Psychologist Consultant at NSW Health and, since 2018, as the Clinical Lead for Grief and Bereavement at HammondCare. She is an accredited supervisor with APHRA, providing individual and group supervision, and a member of the APS Clinical Psychologist College and the APS Sydney Committee.

Simon d'Orsogna
Simon d’Orsogna is a psychotherapist, clinical trainer/facilitator, and systems-oriented therapist based in Melbourne, with individual and couples clients. He completed a Clinical Masters of Systemic Family Therapy at the Bouverie Centre, and provides psychotherapy, process consultancy and adult developmental coaching. Based in Melbourne, Simon is a certified Kegan-Lahey Immunity to Change coach, process consultant and integrative therapist, and an Associate Instructor with the US Coherence Psychology Institute teaching Memory Reconsolidation since 2011.
Simon facilitates experiential learning workshops in Australia, including through 2014-17 offered a training series introducing Internal Family Systems to Australia, and since 2017 brought the first IFS official trainings from Dr Richard Schwartz's US-based IFS Institute. He is IFSI's International Partner in Australia and New Zealand, and is a Level 3 IFS practitioner with training specializations working with couples and working with survivors of trauma. Simon has facilitated and arranged more than 450 days of Internal Family Systems trainings and workshops since 2014. He has organised and led trainings of Coherence Therapy, Dreamwork in Groups, Systemic Family and Group Constellations, Person Centred Experiential Therapies, and Polyvagal informed Clinical Practice in the region, and has presented at the US annual IFS Conference as well as in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Buenos Aires, and across Australia and New Zealand. Simon runs an online practice, offering supervision and training for individuals and organisations.
