Join us to gain clarity, tools and confidence in nurturing your nervous system for a balanced, thriving life. This engaging 5-week program is designed to enhance wellness & wellbeing. Each session builds practical skills for self-regulation and resilience.

  • Session 1: The Nervous System Simplified - unravel the basics of your nervous system and its role in daily life.
  • Session 2: Arousal States & Activation Strategies - learn to identify and manage your energy and stress levels effectively.
  • Session 3: Neuroception Mapping & Window Shift Technique - explore how your body senses safety and practice shifting emotional states.
  • Session 4: The Circadian Rhythm & Sleep Hygiene - optimise your sleep and align your body's natural rhythms for better health.
  • Session 5: Coping Strategies - develop practical tools to regulate stress and foster long-term wellbeing and Personalised Nervous System Mapping - create a personalised map to understand and navigate your nervous system responses.

The program will be delivered on the below schedule.

  • Tuesday, 3rd, 10th, 17th, & 24th March 2026
