Join us for a 1-hour guided tour of The LOVT Health Club, hosted by our Head Trainer Tayden Johnson.

You’ll be personally walked through our collection of state-of-the-art Technogym training equipment and recovery space — so you feel confident using it on your own.

This is not a class. It’s a calm walkthrough designed to remove the fear and help you feel at home in the space. Limited spots. Normally a paid service — yours free, this weekend.

Each session is capped at 10 people to keep it personal.
