Social Media & Mental Health is a free workshop offering practical knowledge and skills to support mental health and wellbeing across the community.

This 1-hour workshop explores the positive and negative impacts of social media on mental health, including cyberbullying and healthy ways to respond. It also covers the social media ban and practical tips for using social media in a mentally healthy way.
