Overview

Join us for R U OK? Day at Holmesglen! Let's talk mental health, support each other, and make a difference.

We’re excited to invite you to a very special event here at Holmesglen R U OK? Day! It’s happening from 7th of September to 11th of September, and we would love for you to join us.

Why Celebrate R U OK?

In today’s fast-paced world, we often find ourselves so caught up in the hustle of daily life that we forget to check in with those around us—our friends, classmates, and colleagues. R U OK? Day is an opportunity to pause and create a space where we can openly talk about mental health and well-being. It’s a day to encourage kindness, support, and connection.

Mental health challenges affect us all, whether we experience them ourselves or notice changes in those around us. By coming together to support each other, we can make a real difference in someone’s life. Asking "R U OK?" can be the first step toward breaking down the stigma around mental health and offering someone the reassurance they need to seek help.

Together, we can make a positive impact and help ensure that mental health remains a priority at TAFE. So, come along, bring your friends, and let’s show everyone that we care.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Stay tuned for more details to come!
