Come and join us for a blissful 90 minutes of meditation with sound.
Allowing yourself to connect through harmonics, can create the perfect vibrational frequency for inner healing to occur, helping to balance your energy centers, clear your mind, release stress and tension and bring your mind and body back into balance.
We will begin the session with a thoughtful guided mindfulness meditation to help you ground and center. Followed with beautiful and peaceful sound bathing from Himalayan and crystal signing bowls, didgeridoo, shamanic drum and rattles, and the gorgeous sounds of chakra chimes.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up your space, we do have limited mats available, and you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring a blanket and pillow for your comfort with an open mind and heart.
