In this workshop, you will learn some skill-building interventions that can assist young people to manage their mental health and emotions.

In this workshop, you will learn about a range of skill-building interventions that you can use to assist young people to manage difficulties with their mental health, their emotions or their coping. You will learn strategies to support young people to identify and manage challenging emotions, and you will develop skills and strategies to support young people to learn problem-solving skills.

Facilitator: Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service

This is an in-person workshop

This workshop is specifically designed for professionals working with children, young people and families in the north-western and western metropolitan regions of Melbourne, who may not have specialist mental health training.
