Come along to this interactive cooking workshop designed to get you cooking with induction and inspire you to reduce food waste. Whether you're a seasoned cook or just getting started, these sessions are packed with practical tips, tasty recipes, and sustainable kitchen strategies.

Join Nutritionist Nicole Ingram from Grow Cook Eat WA for a fun and practical 2-hour hands on workshop designed to help you save time, money, and food. We'll prepare a selection of healthy, easy and budget friendly recipes together and enjoy them for dinner!

We’ll explore why induction cooking is all the rage right now, how it works, compatible cookware, and how to cook on induction affordably, without renovating your whole kitchen. We’ll also get creative with leftovers and learn how to transform them into delicious, low-waste meals.

Note for participants:

  • This workshop is suitable for all cooking abilities
  • Children 12+ are welcome to attend accompanied by an adult caregiver
  • Bring a reusable container to take home any excess food!
