Pasta Making Masterclass ... Learn how to make authentic fresh, hand made pasta with one of Woodford's living legends - Giancarlo Molinaro.

Giancarlo (along with wife Susanna) have been running Spaghetti Junction at Woodford Folk Festival for the last 30 years. Giancarlo immigrated to Australia following love. He comes from Calabria from a long line of Italian cooks who taught him how to make authentic fresh pasta.This workshop is a hands on course designed to teach you how to make pasta at home in a fun, relaxed and creative way. You will learn how to make tagliatelle, taglierini, pappardelle and also Spinach and ricotta gnocchi.At the end of the course enjoy a traditional Italian lunch with a glass of vino together.Tickets are $100 each or $90 (10% discount) if you book two or more places at once.
